Community Involvement

Dedicated to serving the members of our community!

Gillece Services has a deep passion and commitment for serving the local communities in Greater Pittsburgh and the surrounding counties. We are dedicated to helping as many people as we can both on and off the clock because we truly care about our community. As a family owned and operated business, it is important for us to help the development of local organizations and causes.

Here is a list of the groups and projects we have provided donations to and collaborated with over the years:

  • Friends of Haiti
  • Explore the Trades
  • Veteran Training Program
  • U.S. Chamber of Commerce – Hiring Our Heroes
  • Western PA VFW
  • DAV (Disabled American Veterans)
  • Veterans Free Furnace Program
  • South Hills Student Robotics Team (Team Robotix)
  • South Hills Student Tech Teams
  • South Fayette Marching Band
  • Boy Scouts of America
  • Bethany Presbyterian Church
  • Sojourner House
  • Lebanon Athletic Department
  • Canon Mac Football
  • Bethel Park Girls Softball Association

We are beyond proud to be a part of such incredible organizations and are so grateful to all the great people that are involved in making a difference.

Explore the Trades

Our team is always looking for new ways to serve, which is why we have offered up our state-of-the-art training facility to be used as the regional training center for veterans participating in the Explore the Trades program. While veterans train, we provide them with paid internships, and upon completion of their training, we offer them jobs.
