3. Does your company charge an hourly rate before you even begin work?

A: Gillece provides fast, friendly service to the entire Greater Pittsburgh area. Some companies begin charging their customers an hourly rate when they leave the previous job. This means, if you live in Wexford and the previous customer lives in Bridgeville, you get charged for more travel time.

We at Gillece do not believe this is a fair business practice.

We don't charge you an hourly rate that costs you money before the work begins. We simply charge a flat rate of $65.00 for any service call.

A: We at Gillece understand that home repair needs don't occur at convenient times during the week. Gillece offers fast, friendly service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some companies begin charging their customers an hourly rate before the work even begins. For emergency calls, we simply charge a $120 trip fee no matter what time of time of night it is or how far we travel.
